Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 
Turnaround - All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours Business days only (excluding weekends and holidays) Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. If there will be any delay in this turnaround time, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Carriers - We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Due to the Canada Post strike we are using: UPS , Purolator, Fed-Ex and will resume with Canada Post once the strike ends.

Order Tracking - When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number later that day. We will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates - The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. For orders with products over $120 [this excludes gift cards], we will ship your order free of charge.

Back Orders - If an item goes on back order we will ship your order when all items are in stock. We will let you know if this is the case, and usually there is just a delay of a few days. We do try to keep our website up to date with current stock, but there may be instances where we weren't able to update immediately if an item ran out of stock.

Incorrect Shipping Address - If the senders address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at our cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error, the customer has the choice of returning the items and receiving a refund minus the cost of shipping the items back to us. Or the customer can have the items reshipped and pay the additional costs of the items being shipping back to us and then being shipped out again.
