SHIPPING POLICY Turnaround - All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding holidays) Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. If there will be any delay in this turnaround time, we will contact you by email to let you know. Carriers - We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Canada Post Order Tracking - When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number later that day. We will update your order with the tracking information. Shipping Rates - The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. For orders over $100, we will ship your order free of charge. Back Orders - If an item goes on back order we will ship your order when all items are in stock. We will let you know if this is the case, and usually there is just a delay of a few days. We do try to keep our website up to date with current stock, but there may be instances where we weren't able to update immediately if an item ran out of stock. Incorrect Shipping Address - If the senders address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at our cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Unclaimed orders will be automatically refunded minus the shipping cost. RETURN POLICY Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But of course sometimes things just happen, and we want you to know that we stand behind our products 100%. If you open the shipping package and something is not right please let us know within 10 days and we will warmly make it right! Hoofs? Late Fall into Early Winter? What better time...

to gather a few scented items to carry you into the late year, abundance of stories! What a gorgeous discovery this soap ( I asked for two) has given to MORE STORIES! I did not know of Hoof Lady, but from Mom's description, I think I've heard her guiding voice/words a few times in my youth. It was always a very calming sensation.
Sidenote, I have purchased soap, incense, lotions and foot oil from Sequoia for years. Beautiful products, and always, the opportunity to learn more if you wish to learn. 💕💖💕

Balanced sweetness

I love this body mist. It's very uplifting. And very subtle with citrus undertones. I wasn't sure what to expect but it is my favourite scent has a nice powdery finish and is not too sweet. I definitely recommend if you like a nice soft scent of real blueberries and light lemon. I hope it sticks around all year. Best to layer with lotion.

Amazing Value, Incredible Scent.

The smell is, of course, incredible - rich and fruity. Not only that, a single pump goes a long way making a great value for money. It honestly makes me wish my skin were dryer so that I had an excuse to use it more often. This has me looking forward to those dry winter months.
