SHIPPING POLICY Turnaround - All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding holidays) Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. If there will be any delay in this turnaround time, we will contact you by email to let you know. Carriers - We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Canada Post Order Tracking - When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number later that day. We will update your order with the tracking information. Shipping Rates - The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. For orders over $100, we will ship your order free of charge. Back Orders - If an item goes on back order we will ship your order when all items are in stock. We will let you know if this is the case, and usually there is just a delay of a few days. We do try to keep our website up to date with current stock, but there may be instances where we weren't able to update immediately if an item ran out of stock. Incorrect Shipping Address - If the senders address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at our cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Unclaimed orders will be automatically refunded minus the shipping cost. RETURN POLICY Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But of course sometimes things just happen, and we want you to know that we stand behind our products 100%. If you open the shipping package and something is not right please let us know within 10 days and we will warmly make it right! We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. What Information Do We Collect? - We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address Shipping Address Email Address Credit Card Information In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. How Is My Information Used? - Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Security and Storage - Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. Cookies and Browser Information - Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Sweet scrub

I find the scent of sweetgrass to be one of the most soothing things. This scrub is gentle and leaves the skin feeling very silky.

Everything is beautiful

I am a big fan of sweetgrass fragrance because of my mom who worked at the Museum of Indian Archaeology. She would bring me braids of sweetgrass. The fragrance reminds me of her since she recently passed away . Smelling sweetrgrass is as if she was still here. I miss her a lot. The sweetgrass body lotion is wonderful as well as the sweetgrass body scrub Since then, I purchased 2 more orders. The soap is amazing It leaves my dry skin soft I am very happy I found Sequoia

Moisturizing soaps, lotion, candles, and lip balm

This is my first time trying these products and I'm very happy that I did! I bought some products for myself and also as gifts to give to friends and family. The soaps, lotion, and lip balm are moisturizing and smell delicious! The candles burn well and add a wonderful scent in any room.
