All of our products with the exception of the candles and lip balm are vegan. These contain beeswax.

Most of our products contain organic ingredients whenever possible.

Our fragrance oils are crafted from a blend of high-quality aromas, which contain essential oils and/or high quality synthetic fragrance oils.

Each blend is formulated with care, ensuring that they are stable for use in products like soap and other bath and body items. We understand that not all essential or fragrance oils are safe for skin, which is why only skin-safe blends make it into our collection.

Most notable is our Sweetgrass fragrance oil which is custom blended to smell like Sweetgrass, but does not contain Sweetgrass.

Our goal is to deliver beautiful scents that align perfectly with our product formulas, while also ensuring they’re gentle on your skin.

We put a lot of thought into every fragrance blend we offer, ensuring each one complements our products. Some of our most unique offerings are custom-blended to capture memorable and distinct scents, created to fit seamlessly into our bath and body creations.

We’re thrilled to bring these curated fragrance oils to you, and we hope they elevate your experience with our products. Whether you're drawn to fresh, floral, or earthy aromas, you can be sure each fragrance is crafted with care.

Shipping

You will be updated by email through out your order journey. From receiving your order, to shipping it out and when it is delivered.

Orders less than $1,000.00 will ship within 5 business days. Since all of our products are handcrafted at the time of order, it is possible that some orders over $1,000.00 may take a bit longer. If this is the case, we will alert you as soon as your order is placed. Please know that we will always do everything in our power to accommodate your schedule.

If you are planning on a large order($1,000+), please allow at least 1 week for the turnaround time. Shipping time is in addition to this, and could be 1 to 2 weeks depending on the shipping location and if there are any holidays in that timeframe.

You can track your order from email that says your order has shipped. Alternatively you can login to our website with the same email you ordered with and you may find your tracking number in your account.

Please email our customer service at hello@sequoiasoaps.com if you believe your order has been lost.

Please email us as soon as you notice the mistake. The sooner you notify us, the better, as we will be able to correct the error. If your order has shipped with the incorrect address, we will refund your order (minus shipping costs) when it is returned to us.

Once an order has shipped, there is no way for us to retrieve it. We simply have to wait for it to make it's way back.

Currently, we don't ship internationally, we only ship to Canada and the U.S

Gifting

We love sending out gifts! If you would like to include a personal note, make sure to include it in the "notes" section and we will include your handwritten note with your order.

We will include on a packing slip in all orders. Your pdf downloadable invoice can be found in your email order confirmation that you receive after your order is placed.

Please email us at hello@sequoiasoaps.com to send an order to USA. Please include your billing address, the recipients delivery address and the products you would like to purchase along with sizes and scents. We will create your order in your account, and you will be able to process payment from your end.

Gift Cards

No, you can purchase many gift cards at once. They will be emailed to you individually so that you may forward each one to the intended recipient with your own personal message.

Please email customer service at hello@sequoiasoaps.com and we can process your giftcard in Canadian funds.

Yes, just bring in your giftcard with the 16 digit code and we can process your payment with this code.

Other

Please Note: We are unable to refund sales taxes after an order is placed.

This is a one time process

2. Email a front and back picture of your status card, clearly showing the expiry date to: hello@sequoiasoaps.com with the subject line: Tax Exempt Status

3. Your account will be marked tax exempt with all orders going forward.
